There are multiple factors to consider when accepting delivery:

•  Our policy is not to leave paved surfaces with out a signed waiver. Trucks are heavy and can cause severe damage to soft ground. Ruts, sprinkler, septic and other damage can occur without proper information and instructions from the customer.

•  Safety is number one! Our trained delivery personnel know the capabilities and limitations of the equipment. Please trust their judgment!

• Residential deliveries are made to driveways only. The customer’s presence is requested at the time of delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, a signed waiver, specific instructions in writing, and payment is needed prior to the delivery. Our drivers will leave an invoice copy after delivery.

• Payment is required prior to the unloading of products. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MC, and AMEX.

•  Specific destination information is needed for delivery - physical address, cross streets, description of location or concerns that may hinder delivery such as overhead telephone or power lines, low trees, or tight turnaround space.

•  The delivery surface must be level. We can not dump on uneven or unstable surfaces. Have a back-up location if your first choice in inaccessible or unsafe.

• Driveway and new pavement deliveries. New pavement needs time to cure, typically one year. If your driveway is already damaged, has a rut or has a weak spot, a dump truck will make it worse.
