With the situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak having unsettling effects within our communities, we wanted to update you on what we are doing as a company to protect our customers, employees and the surrounding communities we serve, while still continuing to ensure the highest level of customer service.
We continue to monitor the ever-evolving situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and will make decisions based on our core values of family, community and strong customer relationships. We are a small business serving other small business. We recognize the need for business continuity for our employees and customers who depend on us. We are operating on our normal spring schedule, and working hard to keep all of the scheduled delivery appointments. If there is a change in our ability to deliver, we will promptly contact affected customers.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is always our highest priority. We are taking appropriate sanitation precautions at our locations to include practicing a healthy social distance when we interact with each other, our customers and make deliveries. Housekeeping and sanitization efforts have been expanded and our employees have been instructed to take appropriate precautions to limit the spread of all contagions. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 protocols from the CDC.
We remain focused on keeping everyone safe and healthy, and our business systems agile so we are able to best serve and support our communities. Thank you for your patience, trust and support during these times.
