Highly Recommend for Quality and Service!I recently ordered 6 yards of Double Shredded Hardwood Mulch, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Ordering was quick and easy, and to my surprise, the mulch was delivered earlier than expected – a pleasant surprise! The handoff was smooth, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish.Although I didn’t catch the delivery driver’s name, he was incredibly friendly and professional, which made the experience even better. The quality of the mulch is excellent, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I’ll definitely be ordering again next year!

Their leaf mulch is absolutely filled with small pieces of plastic and other kinds of trash. I called and left a message asking to speak to someone about this as I spent well over $1,000 on leaf mulch and now have polluted my otherwise plastic-free property. No one ever called back. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: So after 4 years of a really good experience, this year was the opposite experience. I placed an order as I had in previous years and selected the 1-2 day delivery window. After 2 days and not hearing anything, I reached out to JKE to get an update on the expected delivery date. The person I was directed to was less than helpful and told me the only person that could help me was the sales account manager who is not in the office for until Monday and directed me to their voicemail. I did not get a response from them and I called back, the person I was directed to still would not help and continued to direct me to a line that dropped me to a voicemail. The person I was directed to then told me it was my issue by asking for a Friday delivery (even though Friday was two days after my order date). When the account person finally called me, I was told all pallet deliveries were 10 days out at a minimum. that was policy. So my question is, why does the site offer 1-2 day delivery when it is policy that is cannot be delivered in this window. In previous orders, that was not the case and people were communicative - not this year. Not sure what changed, but I cancelled the order and will not work with JK Enterprises again.This is my fourth year getting 10+ yards of mulch from JK Enterprise Landscape Supply, LLC and I couldn't be happier. It was delivered by a very courteous driver who went the extra bit when dumping the mulch and avoiding our other plantings. I will definitely order form them again!

High quality product... We purchased 10 yards of double shredded hardwood mulch on 3/14/22. Delivered on time and where I wanted it. Filled less than 1/2 of a yard bag with unacceptable pieces, which is much less than most places. Only took off 1 star for understandably charging a delivery fee this year, obviously due to high gas prices... I hope that fee goes away if gas prices return to "normal" next year.

My elderly parents recently purchased 8 yards of composted leaf mulch for their vegetable garden and the entire load was dispersed with small pieces of plastic, which only became evident after several rains. Needless to say this was unacceptable and the intended use was made known while purchasing. JK gets their leaf compost through Loudon and Fairfax municipal plants, and apparently some loads have this plastic issue. We went up to JK a few days later and spoke with Jess on the matter. He was very understanding. Within a couple days they had organized a crew to come out and remove the compost, as well as to refund the bill. Be forewarned before buying leaf compost. The quality of what you receive is a crapshoot. But the folks at JK honored their word and are a business with integrity.
